UNTUCKit is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Paramus, NJ location. You will lead from the floor, drive client relationships, and build a high-performing store team focused on selling and service.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a proven sales track record, and the ability to coach staff on customer engagement and operations. A 40-hour week with weekends/evenings is typical, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a retail manager with a strong sales track record.
• Strong revenue generation through team performance and client engagement.
• Leadership presence to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and act on it.
• Experience with multi-channel POS systems and retail technology.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Client Engagement: lead from the front, build a client-first culture, analyze performance, and push to exceed targets.
• Develop a High-Performance Selling Team: recruit, train, coach on selling behaviors, and drive conversion.
• Lead Operations with a Sales Mindset: ensure operations support selling, optimize product storytelling, manage budgets.
