Job summary

UNTUCKit in Paramus, NJ is seeking a results-driven retail leader to manage on the sales floor, coach associates, and drive store performance. You’ll convert traffic into revenue, elevate the customer experience, and model brand standards.

You’ll train teammates, monitor KPIs, supervise daily operations, and ensure outstanding clienteling and cross-selling. Availability for day, evening, weekends and holidays is expected; a high school diploma is required.

Responsibilities
