Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of mortgage lending experience with proven production.
• Experience developing external business via referral partners.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests and analyzes financial data for qualification.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and communicates progress.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops marketing plans and generates new business through referrals.
• Reads surveys and appraisals and ensures compliance with requirements.
