Job summary

StretchLab is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee revenue production and operations at our Abacoa, Jupiter studio. This role is 80-90% sales and 10-20% operations, leading from the front to meet monthly studio sales goals and deliver exceptional client service.

The GM will recruit, mentor, and train Sales Representatives and Flexologists, drive all revenue streams from membership and retail, and coordinate with vendors. Growth opportunities into multi-unit management are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness sales experience.
• Ability to lead and train sales staff.
• Strong written and grammar skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all studio operations.
• Recruit, mentor, train and oversee Sales Representatives and Flexologists.
• Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts.
• Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
• Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
