Job summary

Midwest Tinting, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to greet customers, discuss service options, prepare proposals, and schedule appointments in a fast-paced environment at our Overland Park and surrounding KC locations.

You will support sales by upselling, assist with invoicing and daily reporting, and collaborate with the Site Manager and Supervisor to ensure smooth operations. This role emphasizes product knowledge and exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience (auto industry preferred).
• Valid driver's license with clean record and color vision.
• Strong communication and note-taking skills, both verbal and written.
