Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts and web leads; book and confirm service appointments.
• Dispatch technicians by location, skill and urgency; update customers on arrival times.
• Process invoices, payments and maintenance-plan renewals in our field service software.
• Follow up on estimates and request Google reviews after completed jobs.
• Coordinate parts orders and permit paperwork with the install team.
