Job summary

Caliber Collision in Ladson, SC is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform write estimates, review repair processes, check in customer vehicles, complete final paperwork prior to delivery, and administer total loss, while communicating post-repair plans to customers.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years estimating experience, valid driver’s license and MVPD license; strong sales orientation; able to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety rules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and verify repair steps.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status.
• Prepare final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
