Responsibilities

• Exceed personal and store sales goals and develop sales skills among the team
• Devise and implement sales strategies to optimize revenue and customer experience
• Capture and manage client information (phone, email, address)
• Address customer needs and objections efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, pricing, and store layout
• Uphold housekeeping, visual merchandising, and loss prevention policies
• Assist Store Manager in coaching, mentoring, and onboarding new employees
• Participate in recruitment and interviewing of new hires
