You will lead the front desk, coach a sales team, and collaborate with managers to create a client- and team-focused culture. Ideal candidates are growth-focused leaders who promote health and wellness, handle administrative tasks, and adapt to a variety of business hours, including evenings

Qualifications

• Leadership to run front desk and train sales associates.
• Ability to coach and motivate a sales team.
• Experience educating members on services, upgrades, products, and memberships.
• Experience handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, inventory, or sales reporting.
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
