Job summary

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling is beneficial.

• Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle.
• Generate new and repeat business through customer engagement and outbound outreach.

• Process cash transactions and payments accurately while maintaining compliance.
• Manage delinquency and help resolve past-due accounts.
