Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and community outreach.

• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies.
• Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into sales.
• Assist with light service tasks such as basic policy updates and billing questions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Track performance and progress toward established production goals.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall agency growth.
• Ensure compliance with agency standards and applicable regulations.
