Overview: Deutsche Bank is seeking an experienced business development professional to join its Sales Team as a Sales Director in Trust and Agency Services within the Corporate Bank. The role involves covering trust, agency, escrow, and related services for the capital markets, building senior relationships across divisions and clients, with a focus on leadership, client management, and deal execution.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with external clients, law firms, and investment bankers to generate new business, managing your own channels
  • Meet clients in person, attend conferences to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Deliver client-specific solutions leveraging the Bank’s global expertise and unique value proposition
  • Support and generate significant revenue over time
  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely implementation of Corporate Trust Products
  • Manage client risk through regular contact and escalation governance, seeking efficiency and service improvements
How You’ll Lead
  • Work with sales leaders and product heads to plan and execute growth strategies, owning results
  • Mentor junior team members in technical and execution skills related to Corporate Trust solutions
  • Partner with internal teams for seamless transaction execution
Skills You’ll Need
  • Extensive sales experience with deep product and market knowledge, preferably in insurance, escrow, CLOs, ABS, project finance, or unstructured debt
  • Proven ability to independently identify and close sales opportunities while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of regulatory impacts
  • Experience in activity reporting and financial metrics

The salary range is $190,000 to $299,500, based on factors like experience, skills, and location. This range excludes incentives and other compensation.
