What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, Technical Specialists, and Independent Contractors
- Create and implement business plans to achieve company sales goals
- Negotiate contracts and interface with C-suite hospital/system leadership
- Conduct ongoing performance reviews and assess development opportunities for direct reports
- Maintain technical expertise on the remed? System and relevant reimbursement processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably with a medical device company
- At least 5 years of demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements associated with sales conduct
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
