What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, manage, and motivate a high-performing team of Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, Technical Specialists, and Independent Contractors
- Create and implement business plans to achieve company sales goals
- Negotiate contracts and interface with C-suite hospital/system leadership to articulate the value of the remed? System
- Conduct annual and ongoing performance reviews with recommendations for compensation changes and promotions
- Assess and manage direct reports’ learning and development opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of sales experience, preferably with a medical device company
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements associated with sales conduct
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record in strategic planning and implementation in a sales environment
- Experience negotiating with hospital/system leadership
- Familiarity with reimbursement processes and healthcare regulations
