Eaton’s North America Sales Organizatiom is hiring a Sales Director, National Partners and eCommerce in Beachwood OH, Charlotte NC, Glendale Heights IL, Moon Township PA, Raleigh NC, South Milwaukee WI, Syracuse NY. Relocation is offered for this position within the US . This position requires up to 30% travel.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Vice President, Sales, Distributed Infrastructure, the National Accounts Director will be responsible for leadership of the Eaton Datacenter and IT go-to-market including CDW, National IT, Office Supply, and e-Commerce partners.

The team is comprised of a Sr. Manager, Managers, National Account Managers and Business Analysts to achieve financial goals, ensure customer intimacy and satisfaction, drive market share gains and ensure the effective ROI of sales and marketing investment strategies.

You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies and programs for Eaton’s Distributed IT, Critical Power Systems and Brightlayer solutions, as well as adjacent Eaton datacenter product lines which can be sold by the various partners and/or agents of the Datacenter segment through channel partners.

The National Partner & E-Commerce Director will work closely with Distribution, National Channel Partners, End-Customers, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing/Management and Marketing Communications to optimize our value propositions and tools to position Eaton as a Distributed Infrastructure market leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • 10+ years of progressive commercial experience in the Electrical, IT or IT Channel Industry.
  • Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship.
  • No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood OH, Charlotte NC, Glendale Heights IL, Moon Township PA, Raleigh NC, South Milwaukee WI, Syracuse NY.

Skills

  • Understanding of Distributed Infrastructure products and services needs.
  • Familiarity with Channel Sales & Marketing initiatives, new product introductions and market movements as they relate to sales forecasts.
  • Leadership of go-to-market strategies for datacenter and IT products, including large National Partners and E-Commerce partners.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $158653.89 - $232692.37 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
