Job summary

Audacy, Inc. in Wichita seeks an inspirational Director of Sales to lead the local team, set revenue goals, and drive performance across radio, sports, and digital assets.

You will work with account executives and clients to grow revenue and coordinate with the Kansas Region leadership. The role requires 5+ years of sales leadership, strong mentorship, data-driven strategies, and expertise in digital audio, streaming, podcasts, and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years manager experience in media, preferably sports, audio and/or digital.
• Data and results-driven leader with a track record of leading a successful sales team.
• Experience with strategic account management, pricing and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Audacy Wichita team and set culture, revenue goals, and expectations.
• Coach and develop the sales team to exceed objectives and drive revenue.
• Develop focused sales strategy with measurable tactics and actions.
• Grow client relationships and understand market needs across assets.
• Monitor market trends and manage inventory, budgeting, and pricing.
