This role focuses on growing internal talent, coaching for leadership growth, and building a strong, future-ready leadership team across the Sales Department.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience with ability to elevate employees for future roles.
• Strong knowledge of dealership operations, inventory management, and finance processes.
• Proficiency with CRM and DMS systems (Route One, Dealertrack, Tekion, Reynolds, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple teams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Sales Managers and Product Specialists to strengthen leadership and performance.
• Create development plans to prepare staff for career growth.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching sessions focused on leadership growth.
• Model a positive, guest-first culture that inspires the sales team.
• Oversee daily sales operations and ensure adherence to dealership standards.
• Monitor KPIs and guide teams to improve results.
