Qualifications

• College degree and industry accreditation preferred.
• Ten or more years of successful sales leadership experience in financial services products.
• Advanced designation (CFP, CLU, ChFC) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops, directs and implements sales strategy, goals, budgets, territory structure and team compensation.
• Partners with the sales executives to assess organizational sales capabilities and makes sound recommendations for improving sales effectiveness and execution.
• Represents channel on management teams, sub-committees, product development, implementation, administration and other teams.
• Oversees teams hiring processes. Maintains optimal staffing levels, team structure and territory design.
• Constructs, forecasts and manages sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.
• Establishes and maintains internal and external relationships with industry specialists and visionaries.
• Leads performance management, salary planning and administration, training and development, workflow planning, hiring and placement and disciplinary actions.
