• Develops, directs and implements sales strategy, goals, budgets, territory structure and team compensation.
• Partners with the sales executives to assess organizational sales capabilities and makes sound recommendations for improving sales effectiveness and execution.
• Leverages analytics to drive strategy, sales results and influence change.
• Represents channel on management teams, sub-committees, product development, implementation, administration and other teams.
• Coaches and mentors reporting managers.
