Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree required; industry accreditation preferred.
• Ten+ years of successful sales leadership in financial services.
• FINRA licenses commonly required: Series 6/7, 24/26, 63/66, Life/Health.

Responsibilities

• Develops, directs and implements sales strategy, goals, budgets, territory structure and team compensation.
• Mentors and coaches managers; oversees staffing and pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Lead cross-channel strategies and partner with executives to improve sales effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with industry specialists to foster innovation and leadership in the field.
