Job summary

The Trade Group in Texas is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead, develop, and optimize our revenue-generating organization. This role owns sales execution, pipeline management, CRM discipline, proposal strategy, and overall sales process improvement.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will guide a team across new business and account growth, drive forecast accuracy, pricing integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience.
• Experience leading consultative sales teams.
• Strong analytical and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives and Business Development personnel.
• Own CRM governance and forecast discipline.
• Drive revenue growth and improve funnel efficiency.
