Job summary

Hearty Collectives is hiring a Sales Director to drive enterprise sales, focusing on DEI and talent acquisition solutions to improve the hiring and retention of diverse talent, especially Black professionals. The role emphasizes warm handoffs with internal teams and outbound outreach in a fast-moving early-stage startup.

You will build relationships with leaders in local markets and manage a quota with CRM-driven follow-ups, travel as needed, and weekly in-person meetings in the Cincinnati area.

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior level experience selling to enterprise customers.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders over a long sales cycle.
• Experience in early-stage company or small team environments.
• Personal experience with being an under-represented minority and passion for the cause.
• Strong references and professional relationships.
• Willing to reside near Cincinnati or work from home with weekly in-person meetings; some travel.
