Altruix is seeking a Sales Director - Business Development to drive strategic growth by building relationships with prescriber offices and promoting our behavioral health pharmacy services. You will be in the field, visiting psychiatrists, clinics, and staff to expand Altruix’s footprint and improve patient access to medication support.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and regular travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 2+ years in business development or sales.
• Must live within a 50-mile radius of market.
• Travel regularly within assigned territory.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy and behavioral health or SUD markets.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
• Proven ability to establish and sustain long-term provider relationships.

Responsabilités

• Identify and cultivate leads among prescriber offices and clinics.
• Build a high volume of relationships across assigned territory.
• Promote services to expand presence in behavioral health markets.
• Maintain relationships through regular in-person visits.
• Attend conferences to generate new leads and represent Altruix.
