Mission:

The Sales Director will focus primarily on new sales revenue and lead generation within a designated geographic region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in solution-based sales. This is a highly visible position for a detail-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include meeting with customers at their location to discuss the needs and use cases of CenTrak products and solutions, conducting joint sales meetings, and engaging with hospital organizations and healthcare sites. The role involves both direct sales and sales through our partner network.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through direct sales and partner sales.
  • Manage and be the main point of contact for existing partners.
  • Maximize sales and partnership potential through best practices, training, and support.
  • Identify business opportunities by researching prospects and analyzing sales options.
  • Follow-up on leads, network, and prospect to create opportunities and meet sales goals.
  • Introduce CenTrak to key influencers with a clear elevator pitch.
  • Execute a Territory Sales Plan developed with your manager.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within healthcare organizations.

Support pricing strategies and lead contract negotiations with partners and customers.

  • Maintain organizational skills to manage a sales territory, update CRM, and report progress.
  • Stay current on all products, promotions, industry trends, and competitors.
  • This position is home office-based with 50-70% travel required.

  • Sales training and support of partner sales
Qualifications:

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years’ sales experience in healthcare hardware and software solutions, preferably nurse-call or Hospital IT systems.

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven success in enterprise/solution sales with quotas over $1M.

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a team.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Customer-focused and driven to meet or exceed expectations.
