A leading company seeks an experienced Sales Director to lead their sales strategy for Medicare Advantage and Medicaid clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B healthcare sales and an ability to build scalable sales structures. Do you view yourself as an experienced Sales Leader with an in-depth network within the Risk Adjustment and healthcare payer arena? Do you thrive in fast-moving environments where strategy meets execution? If so, this could be the perfect next move in your career.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading GTM strategy for MA & Medicaid clients
- Owning the full sales funnel outreach, RFPs, and closures
- Building scalable sales infrastructure (CRM, KPIs, reporting)
- Lead a global sales support team
- Familiarity with CMS Risk Adjustment models, RADV audits, and coding completeness metrics.
- Being a thought leader in tech-enabled healthcare delivery (AI, NLP, EMR)
You Bring:
- 8-10 years in B2B healthcare sales in MA/ACO/Medicaid
- Strong network in Payer, MSO, or Risk Adjustment domains
- Ability to sell both traditional BPO services and integrated tech-enabled solutions (AI/NLP coding platforms, EMR access workflows, automation frameworks).
- Track record of sales strategies from scratch, and closing deals in the $500K$2M+ deals
- Bonus if youve worked with Legal Chart Retrieval, HEDIS, or ACOs.
