We’re searching for an experienced Sales Director to lead our commercial strategy across North America. What You’ll Do
  • Translate the global sales strategy into a successful North American commercial plan.
  • Set and execute regional sales targets, revenue goals, and market‑share strategies for blueberries.
  • Deepen partnerships with major retailers by understanding their needs and driving mutual value.
  • Conduct market reviews, track competitor insights, and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Oversee accurate and efficient sales administration, CRM/ERP processes, and account management.
  • Ensure growers consistently receive the best possible returns.
  • Develop, mentor, and manage a regional sales team to achieve clear, measurable targets.
  • Represent the company at key U.S. and international fresh‑produce trade shows.
  • Drive the annual regional budget, forecasting, and commercial performance metrics.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
  • A B.Comm or similar tertiary qualification (Marketing/International Trade advantageous).
  • 8–10+ years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in fresh produce or perishable FMCG.
  • A proven track record of managing key retail accounts and driving commercial strategy.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organisational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship‑building ability.
