Job summary

Westmont of Fresno, a premier assisted living and memory care community, seeks a compassionate Community Relations Director to lead sales, establish client relationships, and drive occupancy with a resident-focused approach.

The role requires strong customer service, adaptability, and proficiency with CRM software to manage prospects, referrals, and post-sale activities in a fast-paced environment.

• Establishing and maintaining client relationships to identify needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Proven ability to drive occupancy and meet community goals.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and use software tools.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining client relationships, discovery of clients’ needs, identifying and communicating effective solutions with the community’s products and services, closing, and post-sales activities.
• Driving the occupancy at the community.
• Providing excellent customer service and building trust with prospects and residents.
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Proficient with computer software; comfort with data and reporting.
• Completing required background checks and health screenings as part of employment requirements.

What we need from you:

• Establishing and maintaining client relationship, discovery of clients’ needs and desires, identifying and communicating effective solutions to these needs and desires with the community’s products and services, closing, and post-sales activities.
• Driving the occupancy at the community
• Great customer service mentality
• Ability work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer software skills are a must
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
