We’re hiring on behalf of a global leader in media infrastructure and cloud-enabled broadcast services, supporting some of the most iconic media brands on the planet. They’re looking for a commercially astute Senior Business Development Director to drive enterprise growth across cloud, network, security, and playout services for the media and entertainment sector.

What you’ll do

• Lead business development for strategic media accounts across the US, with a focus on Tier 1 clients
• Sell complex solutions across network delivery, cloud-based media workflows, managed security, and playout
• Drive the entire sales process from lead qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and order fulfilment
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, legal, commercial) to deliver bespoke, high-value solutions
• Build deep client relationships and act as a strategic advisor during their cloud and IP transformation journeys
• Track, manage, and forecast opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring a healthy and growing sales pipeline
• Represent the business at key media and technology events, and support wider regional sales strategy

This could suit you

• You’ve held senior sales roles in the media technology, broadcast, or telecoms space
• You understand the commercial and technical value of cloud playout, IP delivery, and secure media distribution
• You’ve sold into enterprise media organisations — broadcasters, studios, or OTT services
• You're confident managing long, consultative sales cycles and presenting to senior stakeholders
• You’re experienced managing complex pipelines, and driving toward revenue targets
• Based on the West Coast (Southern California preferred), you’re open to hybrid working and occasional travel to client sites.
