We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team! This is a remote, full-time role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record in both inbound and outbound sales.

You’ll be responsible for engaging prospects, managing leads, and closing deals — playing a vital role in growing our customer base and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
  • Inbound Lead Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Conversations: Speak with decision-makers to uncover needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Lead Management: Update and track all lead activity using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
  • Follow-Up & Nurturing: Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and guide leads toward a decision.
  • Closing Deals: Confidently handle objections and close small to mid-sized sales opportunities.
  • Reporting: Document outreach and provide regular performance updates.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, SDR, or telemarketing roles.
  • Proven success in converting leads from outbound and inbound sources.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead qualification, and objection handling.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-focused.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and emails daily.
