Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to drive new business growth and increase our market share. This role is primarily commission-based, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a results-oriented environment. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the healthcare and radiation safety sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow sales funnel and revenue— complete all necessary steps from lead generation, opportunity creation and closing of sales among new customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and support lead generation efforts.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the healthcare or radiation safety industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical devices and radiation safety products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.

Pay Range
The salary range for this sales position (inclusive of sales incentives/commissions in local currency) is 131600 - 244400
