DaySmart, a progressive company powering salons and beauty services, seeks a Sales Development Representative to build a strong pipeline from the ground up. You will source opportunities, master cold outreach, and book qualified demos, enabling Account Executives to close more deals.
You’ll gather market feedback to guide product improvements while earning significant upside through commissions. The role offers a base salary of $45,000 plus a $30,000 target commission, with uncapped earnings
At Slick, a DaySmart company, we have built a smart booking platform and digital business partner for salons and barbers — revolutionizing how industry professionals use technology to streamline their workflow and elevate the client experience.
Today, 65% of salons still run on pen and paper and only 10% of bookings are made online. Compare that to how you book a taxi, a hotel, or a restaurant. The beauty sector has yet to be truly transformed by technology — and that is exactly our mission.
Backed by L'Oréal and now making our US market debut, this is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape that transformation.
As our Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first line of offense in our sales machine. You'll source new business opportunities, master cold outreach, book qualified demos, and help convert self-signup customers into paying accounts. Your efforts directly enable our Account Executives to close more deals. Beyond driving pipeline, you'll be our ears on the ground—capturing critical feedback from prospects about product gaps, competitive threats, and market opportunities. You'll combine sales hustle with product thinking to drive both revenue and product improvements.
This is a commission-based role with significant upside for top performers. Successfully demonstrating quota attainment opens doors to career growth.
This will be a remote US based position. We offer flexible work arrangements including fully remote, in person or hybrid opportunities. For those looking to work in person, we have physical offices in the following cities:

We maintain a highly collaborative culture and expect all employees to actively participate in meetings, discussions, and team interactions. This includes joining scheduled video calls with cameras on, contributing to conversations, and being fully present.
We believe that strong communication and visual connection are essential to maintaining alignment, accountability, and trust across our teams. At DaySmart, working remotely comes with the responsibility to show up, engage, and collaborate with intention.
