Role: Sales Development Representative
Hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time
Hourly Wage: $5 - $10+ commission (Open to negotiation based on experience)
Commission: $150 per close

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound sales activities to identify new leads and opportunities.
  • Qualify incoming leads and assess potential for conversion to sales.
  • Engage prospects through email and social media platforms.
  • Schedule meetings and demos between prospects and the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to improve processes.
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate product value propositions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools like Go High Level.
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude with a passion for sales.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Multiple years of experience cold calling (in the digital marketing space preferred)
  • Full sales cycle experience - from contact to close
