About the role

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This is a great opportunity for a sales builder. You’ll work with the CEO and the founding team to define and establish sales processes—clarifying the ideal customer profile (by running experiments), crafting outbound sales emails, building sequences in sales software, writing scripts for closing customers, and cold-calling. As we scale, you'll help grow the sales organization and shape the go-to-market strategy for the product.

Responsibilities
  • Use automation tools (Apollo, G2, LinkedIn) to send cold emails.
  • Build a target account list through prospecting, using multiple tools.
  • Personalize messages highly.
  • Manage outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Schedule calls with customers, owning a set number of meetings per week or day. This is a key performance metric.
  • Write scripts for sales calls and follow-ups.
Requirements
  • [MUST-HAVE] Minimum of three years of experience selling B2B deals with an ACV of at least $10k.
  • Proficiency with the latest sales tech stack for personalized emails and newsletters at scale.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to listen and empathize with customers.
  • Ability to identify customer problems and relay insights to the team for product development.
