Headquartered in Irvine, California, EBizCharge specializes in developing integrated payment solutions that facilitate electronic payment processing within ERP, CRM, Mobile, and eCommerce applications. Our applications are PCI compliant and fully integrated with major ERP/accounting systems, including QuickBooks, Sage, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Epicor, Acumatica, and major online shopping carts, including Magento and WooCommerce. The successful candidate for our Sales Development Representative (Remote) role will have no hesitation in spending every day on the phone making outbound calls to prospects. This is a role for hunters who are willing to filter through numerous non-responses and rejections to reach the right prospect who says yes. Business Development Representatives can increase their compensation based on their own efforts calling.

Responsibilities:

  • 100% outbound dialing to connect with business prospects.
  • Qualify prospects and set product demonstration appointments through proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the various proprietary solutions available from EBizCharge.
  • Manage time effectively to meet daily phone time requirement of 5 hours per day of talk time.
  • Learn our CRM/data system and utilize the system efficiently and properly.

Qualifications:

  • Prior outbound B2B lead generation phone sales experience is required.
  • Willing to learn and coachable.
  • An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
