Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to connect with provided leads and schedule video demos for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in sales and client qualification, comfortable with a fast sales cycle.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Prospect and outreach to provided leads
  2. Introduce and explain our marketing services clearly and professionally
  3. Engage potential clients, assess their needs, and determine if they would benefit from our services
  4. Schedule video demo appointments with qualified leads
  5. Follow up with interested agents who haven't booked a demo
  6. Track conversations and progress to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  7. Handle objections and communicate our value proposition effectively

Qualifications

  1. 2+ years of experience in sales, SDR, or BDR roles
  2. Strong verbal communication and cold-calling skills
  3. Self-motivated and able to work independently
  4. Based in the U.S. and available during U.S. business hours
  5. Experience in real estate or marketing industries is a plus but not required

Compensation

  1. Base pay of $17/hour plus weekly commissions based on demos booked and deals closed
  2. Estimated monthly earnings of $4,000 - $7,200 for full-time SDRs with strong sales skills
