The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact in the sales cycle. Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Researching and creating targeted lists of potential prospects who could benefit from the client’s tech products/services.
  • Guiding qualified prospects to the next stage by booking conversations between them and the client Account Executive.
  • Continuously improving your sales development skills and exploring career paths in high-tech sales.
Training

memoryBlue provides new SDRs with Prospecting Principles training, equipping you with essential tools, skills, and techniques for long-term success. After a 3-day Bootcamp, you'll apply these principles over the next six weeks. Post-certification, weekly company-wide training sessions will continue to enhance your skills.

As you develop your skills, you can advance within sales, recruiting, or operations at memoryBlue, or transition into the high-tech industry, which values experience with us. Many of our clients hire our SDRs, often within 30 days, with record salaries reaching $90K base in 2020.
