A Little Bit About the Position

As a Sales Development Representative at Gemini, you’ll take the lead in identifying and securing new accounts through strategic phone and digital outreach. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth by executing high-quality sales strategies, maintaining a strong pipeline, and nurturing relationships with existing clients. You'll handle a full spectrum of service-based support responsibilities, from efficient research and communications to problem-solving and ensuring seamless processes. Your ability to manage tasks effectively and maintain a detail-oriented approach will help propel Gemini’s goals forward and deliver results.   • Location: Remote; ideal candidates will be located within Eastern Time Zone to reflect sales territory
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (Eastern Time)
  • Compensation: Base pay $19.23-$25.00/hour; first-year on-target earnings $55,000-$60,000
  • Travel: This position may require 25% travel as needed

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) previous inside sales or customer service experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proof-reading, syntax and grammar
  • Ability to follow direction and process guidelines
  • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distractions
  • Proficient using a computer, business phone, office software, video conferencing, and other computer programs including Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.)
  • Employ excellent time management to effectively juggle various work responsibilities
  • Adhere to all company regulations and protocols, including but not limited to, attendance, dress code, and professional conduct
  • Promote Gemini core values, standards of conduct/integrity and its culture by employing high ethical standards and leading by example
  • Demonstrate professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Exemplary attention to detail

Functional Requirements

Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation, to include:

  • Lifting, bending, standing, climbing or walking while carrying out assigned duties
  • Sitting for at least one hour at a time (total: 4-6 hours/day)
  • Keyboarding for extended periods of time (total: 2-4 hours/day)
  • Using a phone with or without a headset for extended periods (total: 3-5 hours/day)
  • Driving for extended periods of time, up to 2-4 hours in a day and up to 50-100 miles per day
