This role requires the SDR to work out of the Washington DC office, 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday. The candidate must relocate if not already in that area, within an agreed timeframe. Okta does not offer relocation assistance.

The Opportunity
We are seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to research accounts and contact prospects via phone and email to set meetings that generate pipeline for our sales team. Ideal candidates are dedicated, curious, motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their careers in sales. They should be adaptable to change, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and proactive in their approach.
SDRs will manage a territory of accounts, planning and strategizing to set meetings. Responsibilities include identifying the right contacts, engaging with them, understanding their needs, and scheduling meetings with Account Executives.
