About the Position
We are currently seeking an exceptional and driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic SDR team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and connecting with key executives in large businesses, developing leads, creating growth opportunities, and laying the foundation for sales success.
You will partner with an Account Executive to strategize creatively, reach potential clients, and strengthen FiscalNote's presence in the enterprise segment. Your industry understanding, ability to anticipate business needs, and critical thinking skills will enable proactive steps towards positive prospect outcomes.
FiscalNote Enterprise SDRs possess critical thinking and intellectual curiosity that surpass typical SaaS sales profiles.
Our Enterprise SDRs thrive on driving high growth in a fast-paced tech environment. Our training and development programs equip SDRs with skills to accelerate their sales careers. Our team is collaborative, fun, and supportive of each other's and organizational goals.
The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - 55,000 per year.

What To Expect In This Position- Engage potential clients
- Perform cold outreach
- Develop industry-specific policy expertise for a consultative approach with senior executives
- Receive mentorship from your Account Executive and Manager
- Plan account penetration strategically
- Use Sales Enablement tools (like SalesLoft, ZoomInfo) to manage engagements
- Understand target personas and their needs
What Sets You Apart- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Proven record of surpassing goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in business development or outreach (preferred)
- Knowledge of public policy or law (a plus)
- Relentless drive to succeed and grow
