Job Summary:

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will drive business growth by identifying opportunities with target clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and providing support to both customers and our team. You will set the stage for successful sales interactions through cold outreach efforts and nurturing relationships to secure qualified meetings for our sales team. This is a remote position. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand current and future demand. Enable, educate, and support the sales force to position this practice with Toptal clients and win new business. Lead client conversations, present Toptal’s perspective on innovation and experience topics, and ask exploratory questions to understand client needs.
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads through lead-generation activities and cold-calling. Explain Toptal’s vision, identify opportunities, and generate interest enthusiastically.
  • Build rapport with clients through strategic outreach. Research clients and stay informed on industry trends to succeed in this role.
  • Collaborate with your team and Sales Executives to pursue opportunities, recommend follow-up actions, and schedule qualified meetings. Use Zoom and Slack for communication.
  • Be open to feedback and continuously improve. Help evolve our demand generation strategy as you grow comfortable in the role.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Enterprise SDR.
  • Broad understanding of business challenges faced by Enterprise clients.
  • Critical thinking, perseverance, passion, curiosity, conscientiousness, motivation, resourcefulness, proactivity, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle challenges, and be a strong individual contributor.
Essential Job Functions
  • Attend scheduled virtual team meetings on camera.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Use all required digital collaboration tools.
  • Prioritize and manage workflows and deadlines.
US FLSA Classification: Full-Time/Exempt

This position offers a base salary plus monthly commissions. The US salary range is $40,000 - $75,000 per year, with individual pay based on location, skills, experience, and education. Applications are accepted ongoing. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, telehealth, employee assistance, and paid time off.
