Job Description

MOHR Talent | Miami, FL | Full-Time

Base: $45,000-55,000 + uncapped commission
First-Year OTE: $80,000+, based on performance
Location: Near Miami International Airport
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Hybrid: Onsite for the first three months, then four days in-office and one day remote per week

Sales, hospitality, restaurant, retail, and fitness backgrounds are welcome. We’ll teach you recruiting.

The Opportunity

You’ll focus on finding candidates, building relationships, and getting people interested in their next career move. We provide active searches, structured training, and hands-on coaching.

No client sales or new business generation required. Your outbound calls will be to potential candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Strong communication skills and consistent follow-through.

• A competitive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to apply coaching.

• Commitment and teamwork demonstrated through work, sports, school activities, or other pursuits.
