Overview

We are seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to develop and support a sales pipeline for our Industrial team. In this role you will be a critical member of our growing marketing organization, focusing on building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with sales, prospects, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to new potential prospects via phone and email to set up meetings for Sales Managers.
• Arrange and present introductory calls to qualify opportunities and share background of Boston Dynamics with prospects.
• Schedule on-site demonstrations for Sales Managers.
• Partner with Sales Managers to identify and engage with strategic accounts within key industries.
• Facilitate introductory demonstrations when required.
• Maintain pipeline of prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Participate in customer‑facing video and phone calls.
• Understand and be able to communicate the vision for Boston Dynamics robotics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑3 years of sales experience selling into Industrial accounts.
• Proven track record of success cold calling.
• Technically savvy with demonstrated ability to learn and explain new technology.
• Thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
• Curious and able to understand a wide range of industry applications.
• Experience with Salesforce or alternative CRM platform is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range for this position is between $78,000 to $83,000 annually. Base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range represents a good‑faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
