Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Job Overview

As a Sales Development Representative on Suzy’s new business team, you will be the first line of communication with future customers. Your goal is to open doors, spark curiosity, and qualify opportunities that align with Suzy’s research platform and services. You will work closely with Enterprise AEs and marketing to drive new logo growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Research, identify, and engage target accounts across various verticals.
  2. Create personalized email and social campaigns to generate interest.
  3. Make cold calls and conduct qualification conversations.
  4. Partner with AEs on account strategies and territory planning.
  5. Track activities and notes in Salesforce diligently.
  6. Maintain a high level of product and market knowledge to add value in interactions.
  7. Participate in weekly sales meetings and collaborate on strategies.
Qualifications:
  1. 1–3 years of outbound SDR experience at a SaaS or related tech company.
  2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  4. Grit, curiosity, and a desire to grow into full-cycle sales roles.
  5. Proven ability to meet or exceed outreach and meeting quotas.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience selling into marketing, innovation, or insights teams.
  • Knowledge of research concepts like concept testing or brand tracking.
