PilotPractice is the growth platform for medical practices across North America, delivering websites, ads, online booking, AI chat, and reporting. We seek an SDR to fuel our Account Executives’ calendars with practice owners ready to talk.
You’ll call new leads within minutes, qualify them, and book the demo, while also outbound prospecting to fit us best. This fully remote role requires comfort with healthcare clients, a 100-dials-a-day rhythm, and a proven track record meeting quotas.
Sales Development Representative (Healthcare Marketing & SaaS)
$45,000 base + $135 per qualified demo held, uncapped. At 5 demos a week, that's $80,000.
PilotPractice is the growth platform for medical practices. We run the whole patient‑acquisition stack for over 120 clinics across North America: websites and landing pages, Google and Meta ads, online booking connected directly to the practice's EHR, AI chat and voice agents, and reporting that shows the doctor what it all produced. Most of our clients are plastic surgeons, med spas, dentists, and specialty clinics. They hire us because they want more patients and don't want to think about marketing again.
We're a small, senior team that moves fast and ships a lot. AI does much of the routine work in our operation, so the people here spend their time on judgment, relationships, and results.
You’ll fill our Account Executives’ calendars with practice owners who are ready to talk. Doctors and office managers come to us every day, and you’re the first person they speak with: you call new leads within minutes, qualify them, and book the demo. Between inbound calls, you work outbound to the practices that fit us best.
We’re hiring for experience. If you’ve booked meetings with doctors, dentists, med spa owners, or practice managers before, and you know how to get past the front desk, this seat is built for you. The daily expectation is 100 dials, and you’ll be measured on qualified meetings that actually show up.
A 15‑minute intro call, a short role‑play where you call us as if we were a busy practice, and a conversation with the founder. We move in days, not weeks. We check references on tenure and performance at your last two roles.
