Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through LinkedIn, social selling, and referrals.
- Manage outbound cadences using our CRM and automation tools.
- Set appointments for senior sales leadership and follow up with warm leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM and track activity metrics.
Event, Association & Speaking Outreach
- Research senior living industry associations, conferences, and events for:
- Sponsorships
- Speaking engagements
- Memberships and partnerships
- Lead the outreach to event organizers, association leads, and partner contacts.
- Coordinate all logistics once confirmed:
- Call for speakers applications
- Scheduling and negotiation
- Travel and booth planning
- Content coordination with our internal marketing team (you drive the process)
- Post-event lead follow-up
Gift-Based Outreach
- Execute our gift-based outbound strategy:
- Call to verify addresses.
- Follow up on deliveries to initiate warm introductions.
- Hand off sales-ready leads to the CEO or senior team.
Go High-Level CRM Ownership
- Manage and maintain our Go High-Level CRM:
- Ensure pipeline stages are accurate and followed.
- Monitor sales activity and flag stuck deals.
- Build client profiles and automations for onboarding (non-sales onboarding).
- Keep communication flows organized and optimized.
CEO’s LinkedIn Message Management
- Own the LinkedIn inbox of our CEO:
- Respond to incoming messages with a personable tone.
- Reach out to targeted connections based on outreach goals.
- Podcast guest outreach and scheduling
- No content creation or posting—just high-touch DM management.
You’ll Excel If You Have
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, SDR, or lead generation roles (agency experience is a big plus).
- Familiarity with performance marketing services or a strong desire to learn.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills—you know how to write a killer email.
- Tenacity and a mindset for experimentation: A/B testing messages, adjusting cadences, and learning from the data.
- A bias for action and results. You don’t wait to be told what to do—you make things happen.
