$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Are you a former recruiter or sales pro with a knack for making connections—and looking for a part-time role that keeps you active in the industry?

We’re hiring a Part-Time Sales Development Rep with an IT recruiting or staffing background to help us identify and engage prospective clients in the tech and logistics sectors. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands staffing, enjoys prospecting, and wants a flexible role with clear expectations and meaningful outcomes.

This role could be perfect if:

  • You're a former recruiter or talent acquisition pro looking to re-engage professionally.
  • You enjoy outreach and prospecting, and you know how to start meaningful conversations with decision-makers.
  • You want a flexible opportunity—but one that comes with clear goals and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research target companies and key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors, VPs of Logistics, etc.).
  • Craft and send outreach messages via LinkedIn and email to generate leads.
  • Track activity, outreach, and time spent using tools like Google Sheets, Toggl, or Clockify.
  • Coordinate and schedule discovery calls between qualified prospects and our Principal.
  • Provide weekly reports summarizing activity, results, and trends.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, or B2B lead generation.
  • Strong written communication and messaging skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while meeting goals.
  • A creative, fun approach to outreach and engagement.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Bonus if you have experience in IT staffing or transportation/logistics technology.
