After achieving an impressive 600% growth last year, we are expanding our team and looking for driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help us scale to new heights.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and driving growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to identify and qualify potential leads.
Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that resonate with prospects.
Managing and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline to set up high-value meetings for the Sales team.
Utilizing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms to track outreach efforts and maintain accurate records.
Participating in ongoing training sessions to refine your skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
Representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm while communicating our value to prospective clients.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or SDR role.
Proven expertise in phone-based outreach and email campaigns.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Orum (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
Experience in E-Commerce or SaaS sales is a plus but not mandatory.
Schedule and Compensation
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM PST (US)
Compensation: $4USD per hour plus commissions!.

Technical Requirements
A personal computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent).
Internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 15 Mbps.
