Senior living is under-penetrated with software, and ECP is one of the largest and fastest-growing companies in this industry. Recently, we secured a growth round of funding to reinvest in our product, technology, and go-to-market strategies. Our mission is to build world-class software that enhances seniors' quality of life and improves clinical, business, compliance, and operational outcomes for our customers.

Note: This is a remote position. Our office is located in Milwaukee, which you may use if local, but it is not required.

Responsibilities
  1. Uncover potential leads by calling, emailing, and writing to Assisted Living Communities and Long-Term Care pharmacies nationwide.
  2. Partner with experienced team members to qualify leads based on specific criteria.
  3. Become an expert on our software to lead demos and presentations.
  4. Represent the company at industry trade shows, as needed.
  5. Collaborate with senior sales team members to discover new opportunities, primarily targeting mid-market to enterprise accounts.
  6. Track and forecast activities using HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
  • Prior sales experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for software sales and relationship building.
  • Eagerness to make targeted outbound calls for prospecting.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Desire to learn, be coached, and succeed in software sales.
  • Ability to write clear, thoughtful emails.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 times per quarter for trade shows and events.
