You'll work closely with our CEO, building a robust sales pipeline, prospecting and qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings. Role and Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify the right contacts at target accounts or companies that fit our ideal customer profile.
- Reach out to prospects, build relationships, and set meetings.
- Be comfortable with cold outreach and seeking warm introductions through your network.
- Attend local and national events to generate leads.
Goal Oriented
- Set ambitious goals and be willing to do everything necessary to achieve them.
Sales Presentations
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Achieve and Exceed Quotas
- Meet and exceed targets tied to outbound activity, qualified meetings set, and pipeline fulfillment.
About You
- 2-4 years of professional experience in sales.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude, ready to challenge the status quo.
- Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a confident approach to engaging with clients and prospects to secure new business.
- Excellent written and verbal skills; a great communicator in every medium.
- Experience in the digital marketing and/or technology industry within a high-paced, rapid growth environment.
- Experience with cold calling and prospecting for clients, comfortable speaking with key stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and client-facing, able to make a great first impression and build trust over the phone.
- Exceptional follow-up, attention to detail, and a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Experience in SEO, Paid Search, and Content Marketing is a plus.
- Experience using HubSpot CRM is a plus.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
