Job Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a key member of Vendidit’s sales team, responsible for generating qualified leads and creating new business opportunities for our senior sales representatives. This role involves proactive outreach through cold calls and emails, managing the early stages of the sales pipeline, and ensuring high-quality handoffs to the senior sales team.
The ideal candidate is confident, driven, and not discouraged by rejection. This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven role that requires a self-starter with strong communication skills, experience using CRM platforms, and a willingness to go above and beyond to hit and exceed sales goals.
